02 / HOW I CAN HELP
Start with a website that fits your business and budget. Keep it improving with useful content and ongoing care, then add Google Ads when it makes sense for the customers you want to reach.

Your next customer might search Google or ask ChatGPT for a business like yours. A clear, useful website helps search tools understand your services and gives customers the information they need to get in touch. Here is how we work toward that together.
I build and improve service pages and helpful articles, organize your business details, service areas and contact information, and check that search tools can access your live website. That work continues as your business and customers’ questions change.
Share accurate service details, your firsthand expertise and genuine project photos so the website reflects your business. Keep your eligible business listings current and encourage honest, independent customer reviews. Your knowledge and real customer experiences help us tell a useful, accurate story.
Google, ChatGPT and other platforms decide what to index, show or recommend. Results can vary with the question, location and competition. A particular ranking, mention or recommendation cannot be guaranteed.
03 / THE WORK, MADE VISIBLE
My own reporting tool. A clearer picture of your business.
I created Caught, my proprietary reporting tool, to monitor each business I work with. It brings together data from your connected Google accounts and your website so I can see where measurable visits come from, what people look at and which visits lead to recorded inquiries.
That includes visits from ads, regular Google results, social media and ChatGPT when the source can be identified. Here’s what the connected Google tools tell us:
If you choose to have me manage your Google Ads, I share a monthly snapshot showing how your ad dollars were spent, the activity we measured and what I recommend next. You get a plain-English email with a link to the full report. No dashboard to learn. No client login needed.
Caught reporting is included with both Google Ads options.
Compare the plansREPORTING OVERVIEW · NO CLIENT FIGURES SHOWN
Open a section to see what your business update can show.
See how much of your planned ad budget was spent, the average cost per click and cost per recorded ad inquiry when tracking supports it. Month-to-month comparisons show how spending and clicks changed, so you have context for the figures.
See the top search phrases Google disclosed and which campaigns brought ad clicks, with campaign spending and cost per click. This helps us discuss the services attracting interest and the searches that need closer attention.
City-level detail can include ad clicks, spending in dollars and cents, average cost per click, ad appearances and Google-reported conversions. Where available, you can also see the cost per Google conversion. Locations are Google’s estimates, and its conversions are kept distinct from confirmed inquiries.
See recorded website form inquiries alongside phone and text-link interactions. Phone taps show intent to call, not confirmed conversations. Completed calls appear separately when call tracking is connected. Inquiries attributed to ads are distinguished from other recorded website inquiries.
Your update distinguishes overall website visits, paid ad clicks and clicks from regular Google search results. Unpaid search appearances show how often your website was seen without an ad charge. These measures stay separate because the same customer can appear in more than one.
Your monthly report shows measurable ChatGPT visits, attributable inquiries, phone and text-link clicks, and the pages those visits started on. Caught also supports Claude, Gemini and Grok referral analysis in its reporting workspace, which I can review with you. Missing referral details can hide a source; private AI conversations are not available.
See the latest website-check date and findings, such as whether the site was online, its connection was secure and broken links were found on the pages checked. Completed website and advertising changes can appear as a dated record, giving you visibility into the work behind the report.
The report closes with practical priorities for your business. I explain the findings and next steps in plain English, and you can email me directly to discuss them. Each source includes its coverage date so you know what period the figures describe.
Reporting uses connected accounts and available tracking. Some searches, locations and referral sources are withheld or unidentifiable. Clicks, inquiries and confirmed sales remain separate.
A LOOK INSIDE CAUGHT
These examples use Caught’s real interface with entirely fictional data. No client or customer information is shown, and the figures are not actual results or a forecast for your business.

Inquiry status reflects a business review. A recorded source or a qualified inquiry does not mean a sale was made. All names, contact details, dates, connection statuses and outcomes in these examples are invented.

Project scope, support and terms are agreed together before you commit to paid work.
Yes. I improve your website, service information, helpful content and search access so your business is easier for search and AI tools to find and understand. This work is included in every website plan, whether or not you choose Google Ads. Search platforms decide which businesses to display or recommend, so access and useful content do not guarantee indexing, placement or a mention in an AI answer.
I handle the website structure, service pages, helpful articles, mobile experience and search-access checks, with ongoing improvements. You provide accurate service details, firsthand knowledge, genuine project photographs you have permission to use, and changes to your business information. Your customer relationships, independent reviews and the accuracy of any business profiles also matter to how your business is represented online. We agree on useful content topics and priorities together. Business-profile management is separate unless included in your proposal.
No. Genuine reviews give prospective customers independent information about your business. Google confirms that review count and positive ratings can help its local rankings. OpenAI does not publish a complete local-ranking formula or a specific weight for Google reviews in ChatGPT. Having a Google Business Profile or reaching a particular review count does not guarantee an AI recommendation. Keep eligible business profiles accurate and focus on providing service that earns genuine customer feedback.
If you choose either Google Ads option, you receive a monthly snapshot from Caught, the proprietary reporting tool I created to monitor each business I work with. Caught brings together connected Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile data alongside website inquiries and checks. Your plain-English email explains how your ad dollars were spent, where measurable visits came from, the inquiries we recorded and what I recommend next, with a link to the full report and no client login needed. Coverage depends on connected accounts and available tracking; some visitor sources cannot be identified.
No. Google and AI platforms decide which pages and businesses they index, display or recommend. Results can vary with the customer’s question, location and preferences, the available sources and the competition. I improve the website and explain the work, but do not promise a search ranking, AI recommendation, set number of inquiries or revenue. Google Ads is a separate paid service whose eligibility and placement are determined through Google’s auction.
With connected tracking, Caught recognizes referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, including visits, phone taps and attributable form inquiries. The monthly report highlights ChatGPT, and I can review the other providers with you. Missing referral information can hide a source. These visits do not reveal every time your business appears in an AI answer.
Yes. I prepare a website prototype at no cost so you can see the design direction before deciding. There is no payment required and no obligation to proceed. We review the scope, setup fee, monthly plan and any outside costs together. Only if you choose to move forward is the one-time setup fee due, before the full build begins. You also review and approve the finished website before it goes live.
A new site up and running in days, not weeks. That is the plan for a standard business website once your content and account access are ready, with prompt design approval. We agree the scope and launch timing before work begins. Custom functionality, provider transfers or missing content can take longer.
Yes. I’ll review your website, domain, hosting and email setup, identify the access needed from your current provider, and guide the transition. We check the replacement before switching over, with care for your existing email. The exact steps depend on your platform and account access.
We’ll review your current setup together. Keeping an existing domain may make sense; hosting will depend on what the website needs. Your proposal will identify any included hosting or database services and any additional provider costs. Wherever possible, outside services are set up in your business’s name and paid directly to the provider. Account access and costs are agreed before changes are made.
Business Website is $125 per month, plus $250 one-time design and setup. Website + Business Tools starts at $225 per month, plus $500 one-time design and setup covering both the website and agreed tools, such as customer accounts, saved information or a team dashboard. Website + Google Ads is $350 per month, plus $250 one-time standard website design and setup. Need both business tools and Google Ads? The combined option starts at $450 per month, with one $500 design and setup fee covering the website and agreed tools. Both Google Ads options include campaign management and monthly Caught reporting. Ad spend and third-party fees are separate. You can review a website prototype at no cost before committing or paying. Setup fees are due only if you choose to proceed, before the full build begins, and are separate from the monthly plan. Every plan includes content and search access with Google and ChatGPT in mind, unlimited website design and content updates, and direct support from me.
A standard website presents your services, photos and business information and helps customers get in touch. Business tools let customers or your team do more, such as sign in, save information or manage it in a dashboard. Those features need extra work to build, connect and test, including checking that information is saved correctly and only the right people can access it. That is why setup is $500 for the website and agreed tools, compared with $250 for a standard website. Both are one-time fees, separate from ongoing monthly care. You review a website prototype at no cost first. The setup fee is due only if you choose to proceed, before the full build begins.
Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions, payment processing, delivery and usage fees are additional unless expressly included in your proposal. Wherever possible, these services are set up in your business’s name and paid directly to the provider; some transaction fees may be deducted from your sales. Your proposal will explain any hosting, database, online ordering or booking costs, along with my setup or management fees, before you commit.
Yes. We’ll first review your existing provider and decide whether your website needs a simple connection or custom features. Linking to an existing ordering or payment service does not automatically require the Business Tools plan. Website menu and content updates can be covered by your website plan. Your team handles live availability, incoming orders and refunds unless we agree on a separate management service. Any integration work, ongoing responsibilities and provider fees are explained in your proposal.
Social media support is available by separate quote. We’ll discuss your goals, platforms, posting frequency and who supplies the photos or videos, then agree on the work and pricing. Social media management and paid social campaigns are not included in the website or Google Ads plans.
Yes. Every plan includes routine website checks, ongoing improvements and unlimited website design and content updates. I keep reviewing the content, layout, mobile experience and search foundations, and work on useful improvements as your business changes. Recurring blog posts explain your services and offer practical guidance to customers, with topics and timing agreed together. Email me directly with a change; there is no support ticket or hourly bill for included design and content updates. New features and ongoing management of ordering, booking or other business systems are quoted separately. The Business Tools plan includes maintenance and support for the custom features agreed in your proposal.
Helpful answers to the questions your customers ask: how a service works, what to consider before choosing it, how to prepare for a project and what to expect next. The posts are written around your actual offering and experience. We agree on useful topics and publishing timing together, as part of your ongoing website care.
LET’S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD
Your business has enough demands on its time and budget. Tell me about the customers you want to reach and what your website needs to do. I’ll prepare a free prototype so you can see the design before deciding or paying. No obligation to proceed.
